Who is Sandra

I am a wife to an amazing husband, a mother of two wonderful grown-up children, a daughter, a carer and a business owner. All of my roles are equally important and constantly have changing priorities throughout the day. Juggling all of these roles is demanding and sometimes mentally exhausting but I am not doing anything different to any other lady.

My Story

In 1985 I started work in the NHS as a Biomedical Scientist in Haematology and Transfusion Science and worked in England and Barbados also doing research. I am passionate about sport and have done – Ju-Jitsu, rugby 7’s, distance running, scuba diving and bodybuilding.

In 2013, I turned my passion into a dream and became a personal trainer; I have never looked back!

My Mission

To provide a non-judgemental, knowledgeable, motivating and inspirational environment to help over 50’s live a healthier, fitter life, look forward to our next birthday and maintain our independence for longer.

Who does the Fit & Fabulous Club help

Ladies, I am here to help you if you want a safe, supportive, knowledgeable environment to continue exercising safely in order to avoid injury and maintain independence for as long as possible.

There are no limits to what you can do!
