I’m the founder of Over 50 Fit & Fabulous.

Coaching women over 50 to build strength, move better and feel confident in their bodies again… without punishing workouts or confusion.

How I Can Help You

I offer personal training and small group coaching designed specifically for women over 50.

Every session focuses on building strength, improving mobility and helping you feel more confident in your body, with clear guidance and support every step of the way.

Whether you prefer one-to-one coaching or a supportive group environment, you’ll be working with a structured approach that delivers real, lasting results.

I was very unfit and overweight due to numerous niggling injuries.  Nine months ago I couldn't run 500 metres, now I can run a 5k and this is a huge achievement.
